This class is ideal for dogs that are: - vaccinated - three to five months old - with or without previous training experience Dogs participating in group classes should show no reactivity to other dogs and/or humans. If you are struggling with reactivity, please reach out to discuss the options available to you and your pup.

Cancellation Policy
Our group classes are small to allow for as much one-on one instruction as possible and as such, space is limited and in demand. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for group class registrations. Please ensure that you have gone over all of Mosaic Dogs Training & Services policies and the schedule of class dates prior to registering for a group class. If a class should to be cancelled due to unsafe road/weather conditions, an instructor emergency, or other unforeseeable event, students will be notified via email, text, and/or phone call at the earliest opportunity. All attempts will be made to reschedule the cancelled class. Mosaic Dogs Training & Services has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive, harassing, or rude behaviour. If such behaviour occurs, or if a student refuses to follow safety instructions designed to protect trainers, students, dogs, and the public, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of their class without refund.
